Delivery

Free UK delivery on every pack. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.
Delivery time: 2–5 working days from the day your order is dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
12-month pack: sent with priority shipping.
Discreet packaging: your order arrives in a plain parcel with nothing on the outside to say what's inside.
Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
No surprises: all prices include VAT and you will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at hello@trylessa.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
