1. About our product

Lessa Daily Bladder Support is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to soy. If you take medication, use HRT or have a medical condition, speak to your GP or pharmacist before use. If your symptoms are new, severe or include pain or blood in your urine, see your GP.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a price is shown incorrectly; if we do, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery to the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. Promotional prices and offers apply only for the period stated on the website.

4. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

See our Shipping policy and our Refund policy, including our 90-day money-back guarantee. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

5. Free digital gifts

Our free guides are for personal use only and are general information, not medical advice.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, we'll charge you and send your order automatically at the interval you selected until you pause or cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next order is processed.

7. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
